I love, love, love this song. I love the tempo and the lyrics. Upbeat and upbeat. I like to listen to this in the morning and it just gets my spirits up and gives me a positive outlook and empowers me w/lots of energy.

I am not the biggest Mary J. Blige fan, but I do own several of her cds and I do like her music. She usually does a lot of mellow and slower tunes. I am a woman who loves beats and uptempo jams. And here comes Mary to give me something to move to.

And the video is kinda cool too. Mary is as fly as ever w/all of the wardrobe changes.
