Christmas Cookies '09

I got some Christmas cookies ... you? These were baked by my mom.

The Finished Christmas Cookie Press Cookies

Here they are ... the finished Christmas Cookie Press Cookies. I do love these. So easy to make and so easy to eat up too.

I did use a rather simple recipe:

There are only an handful of ingredients. I did not use salt because the butter had salt.
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Quite yummy.
