Cairo Life :: Train Travel

Traveling on the train between Cairo and Alexandria is mostly easy and uneventful. The good news is that the cost is less than $10 each way and it takes less than 3 hours. Image taken while traveling from Alex to Cairo. September, 2012.

Cairo Life :: Beautiful Building

As a pedestrian, it's natural to simply look at the storefronts as you walk by. Occasionally, you might take a look up and that's when you'll see the beauty of the buildings.

There's amazing architecture throughout Cairo. I've walked by this building many times, but only recently did I see the beautiful upper portion of the building. It's on the 26th of July, across from the Mobil gas station (about a block away from the Vodafone store).
