My summer travel plan is in full effect.

This is a shorter trip than trips in the past and I've tried to cut down on packing. However, I still have a need to have my technology when I travel. I like to document the sights and sounds and just tech out new gadgets.

My trip to Budapest was absolutely amazing.

My love of the water and architecture was fulfilled around nearly every corner.

I stayed in the Castle Hill District, borrowed a bike and immensely enjoyed the Hungarian culture.

Here's a quick peek at some of the sights. Storehouse is the platform for the photo essay.

My Current State of Mind

So I'm borrowing the idea as a way to get a quick post going. Here are my thoughts at this moment.

Dreading

I was dreading some portions of today, but I managed and the day went by much more swiftly than I'd imagined.

Anticipating

A busy and productive week.

Watching

Something on the Food Network, but it's really just background noise.

Choosing

To be excited about an upcoming opportunity. It will be life changing.

Thankful

As always, for my family and my current work situation which has allowed me to travel extensively including my recent trip to Ethiopia.

The Egyptian Way :: Snorkeling

There are so many relaxing things to do while on vacation in Hurghada. Most people will grab the snorkeling gear and check out the nearby coral reef. It's not in the best shape in these parts, but still a sight to see.

I'm not crazy about snorkeling, but I love the water and the experience.

There are many all inclusive resorts along the Red Sea coast in Hurghada, Egypt. Through Booking.com, we found a wonderful deal (at what I learned was a new Movenpick acquisition) in Hurghada.

This was day one ... so peaceful.
